Personal Health Records

The CSI Managed Health System allows individuals to set up a Personal Health Record (PHR), and CSI believes security of an individual's Personal Health Record is critical, and the CSI Managed Health System is the most secure piece of equipment in the world. We have ensured the safety of those records by creating the most extensive security available, and the Health System provides the following 5 levels of security:

  • 16-Digit Personal Account Number
  • 4-Digit PIN
  • Thumbprint
  • Photo ID
  • Signature

A Personal Health Record is typically a health record that is initiated and maintained by an individual. An ideal PHR would provide a complete and accurate summary of the health and medical history of an individual by gathering data from many sources and making this information accessible online to anyone who has the necessary electronic credentials to view .
PHRs can contain a diverse range of data but usually include information about:

  • blood type
  • allergies and adverse drug reactions
  • medications (including dose and how often taken) including over the counter medications and herbal remedies
  • illnesses and hospitalizations
  • surgeries and other procedures
  • vaccinations
  • laboratory test results
  • family history

Maintaining a Personal Health Record is essential to having access to your health information over the course of your lifetime and lets you or your family, physicians, and emergency personnel access vital information as stated above and much more. By providing critical information at your discretion, within seconds, a PHR can save time and your life!
