 Through the Internet, the CSI Health Station (Model 6K) has the ability to connect the consumer/patient with their pharmacist, their doctor and their health care provider through the secure CSI server.
We have a first class technical support group that assures these programs are secure and at your disposal. Health information is vital and confidential and we place the highest priority on maintaining these systems.
With a network of 26 service facilities throughout the US, we are able to guarantee the systems in the field will be available when you visit your retail pharmacy or visit the health system in your facility. We respond to service calls within 72 hours of notification.
We have significant security measures in place in our physical facilities and in our computer systems, databases, and communications networks to strictly protect information contained within our systems from loss, misuse or alteration.

Computerized Screening, Inc, ISO 13485:2003 certified by its notified body, Det Norske Veritas Certifications, Inc. (DNV). ISO 13485:2003, for the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), is an internationally recognized quality systems standard for medical device manufacturers.
ISO 13485:2003 represents certification to international quality systems standards that will allow Computerized Screening, Inc. to apply for CE marking required for distribution of Computerized Screening, Inc. manufactured products in Europe. Additionally, it is a standard that is required for product registrations in many other international markets including Canada, Australia and Japan.
