CSI utilizes proprietary monitoring technology and is the only FDA Medically Certified Blood Pressure Kiosk. Additional benefits of CSI's Health Station (Model 6K) include a weight assessment tool, wheelchair accessibility, a complete drug encyclopedia, and interactive health record management. Heart rate testing, fitness evaluations, and body mass index determinations are also available. It all starts by touching the screen.
As the Director of the County of Los Angeles, Department of Health Services, Office of AIDS Programs and Policy (OAPP), I have a primary responsibility of evaluating the appropriateness and quality of HIV services for the County. OAPP continually strives to maximize resources to best reach communities most impacted by HIV/AIDS through Los Angeles County. In partnership with AltaMed Health Services, City of Long Beach, JWCH Institute, Los Angeles Gay and Lesbian Center, and Minority AIDS Project, OAPP . . . has provided 22 CSI Health Stations targeting communities with high rates of HIV, sexually transmitted diseases, hepatitis, tuberculosis, and substance abuse.
In conjunction with OAPP, CSI staff have worked to program health stations to assess risk for and provide information about the multiple morbidities previously mentioned. The health stations collect individual client data that can be used to track access to needed resources for high-risk clients.

Computerized Screening, Inc, ISO 13485:2003 certified by its notified body, Det Norske Veritas Certifications, Inc. (DNV). ISO 13485:2003, for the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), is an internationally recognized quality systems standard for medical device manufacturers.
ISO 13485:2003 represents certification to international quality systems standards that will allow Computerized Screening, Inc. to apply for CE marking required for distribution of Computerized Screening, Inc. manufactured products in Europe. Additionally, it is a standard that is required for product registrations in many other international markets including Canada, Australia and Japan.
